We require a 25% deposit when booking this bouncy castle. All payments will be refunded in full if the hire is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or you can transfer to an alternative date within 12 months ( subject to availability ).
We deliver and set up our Castle's at the times you chose on your booking form. If using a Village Hall or Venue please put specific delivery times on your booking form, allowing us 15 minutes to set up / pack away. Please remember when booking a hall or indoor venue some have high ceilings but some also have very low ceilings so it’s always best to confirm with the hall keeper or caretaker the height and size of the hall and then check all our sizes of bouncy castles.
